Roslin Sunglass Targaryen was a lady of House Sunglass, wife to Prince Aegor Targaryen and mother to Princess Alysanne Targaryen. She died shortly after giving birth to Alysanne due to complications with the delivery.

HistoryEdit

Roslin was born to Lord and Lady Sunglass in 323 AC. As all members of House Sunglass, she was a devout follower of the Faith and visited the Sept often. Especially during her pregnancy with Alysanne.

Aegor and Roslin's marriage was one of love and not politics. Aegor fell in love with Roslin the moment her laid eyes on her when she was four and ten and he six and ten, immediately asking his mother that her be allowed to offer his hand in marriage. Daenerys then spoke to Lord Sunglass and the betrothal was made. Roslin remained in King's Landing until their wedding to become better aquainted with the Targaryens. The pair were married in the Sept of Baelor in Queen's Landing in the year 340 AC. Roslin suffered a series of miscarriages before her pregnancy with Alysanne. She died due to complications with the delivery. On her death bed, she made her husband promise that their daughter also practice the Faith as Aegor was not much of a religious man. Aegor never remarried and instead, raised his daughter along side his mother until his death.
